At Cassida Construction we have a passion for design/build.  As a matter of fact, this company was built out of necessity to build for our own development company, Coastline Commercial, llc.  This experience in both development and building benefits our clients by allowing us to offer turnkey design/build services. 

Our designers often start with a clean slate.  That clean slate may consist of a survey of a wooded lot, a site plan with building footprints already determined, or occasionally, a sketch on a napkin.  Our designers often offer conceptual ideas but ultimately you, the client, steer our direction on each project.

We also work closely with government agencies, consulting engineers, and trade contractors to stay abreast of ever changing building codes.  We consider them as partners helping us provide better service to our clients.  Throughout the process these partners notify us of any current or pending code changes.  They also stay informed and trained on new technology and procedures that help us value engineer buildings to further help our clients.  This may be in the form of money saving ideas, reduced construction time, or both. Quality will never be sacrificed just to achieve savings in time or money.
